بداية من شهر اكتوبر 2012 يتطلب من المتقدمين طلب تأشيرة من دول الأتحاد الأوروبي (شنقن) زيارة السفارة او مراكز التأشيرات شخصيا وذلك لجمع البيانات الخاصة بهم البيومترية (البصمات) وتقديم استمارة طلب التأشيرة ومرفقاتها. مع العلم ان البيانات البيومترية صالحة لمدة 5 سنوات والأطفال تحت عمر 12 معفاة من جمع البيانات البيومترية. يمكن لمقدم الطلب تقديم طلبه تأشيرة لعائلته نيابة عنهم.
الفيفا تقوم باستلام الجوازات من السفارة حسب الطلب بعد انتهاء الإجراءات ويتطلب ذلك سند تسليم الجواز وتفويض.

or third party are the one who grant or reject the service
requested also the duration of the process, AlFifa fee is
not refundable. Embassy or third party policy and procedure
are applied on their charges. (in most cases embassy chares
are not refundable).

According to Schengen Visa Regulation,applicants are required to visit Embassy or Application Centers personally for the collection of their biometric data and to submit the visa application. The biometric data is valid for 5 years and children under the age of 12 are exempt from biometric data collection. An Applicant may submit his visa application along with his family's application on their behalf. AlFifa will collect back the passports for applicants as requested, passport submission receipt is required.
